Clients are allowed to request a change of any team members. Unless there are any other requirements within the notice period, the NTQ team will facilitate replacement members with similar skill sets and experience levels without impacting a previously agreed monthly rate. There will be no additional charge for team member replaceౠment. The process for replacement will be clearly defined in a contractual agreement.

Our companies have around 1500+ staff, of which 1000 are under the development team divided into 9 Software Development Centers (SDC). Depending on the project scale, duration and complexity, we will assign a relevant quality to team members and the role. NTQ will recruit via RECO (our recruitment subsidiary) if a laౠrger scale is needed.
