Clients are allowed to request a change of any team members. Unless there are any other requirements within the notice period, the NTQ Solution team will facilitate replacement members with similar skill sets and experience levels without impacting a previously agreed monthly rate. There will be no additional charge for team member replacement. The process for replacement ༒will be clearly defined in a contractual aﷺgreement.

NTQ Solution will recruit via RECO (our recruitment subsidiary) if a larger scale is needed.
